Ultrasound

Ultrasound is a non-invasive (there is no use of contrast material) technology that is frequently used in obstetrics, with both mother and baby.

Most effective in soft tissue diagnosis, ultrasound is used in pelvic examinations, with cysts, appendicitis and for gall bladder, liver and kidney treatment. This technology has proven useful in the examination of carotid arteries and deep vein thrombosis.
