Radiology (X-ray)
Professional radiologists can often make the best diagnosis of injuries and illnesses through use of X-rays. Bone injuries and problems are often diagnosed using X-ray technology. Routine X-rays, fluoroscopy, urology work and interventional radiology are among the department's specialties.
The SNMH Radiology Department uses the latest techniques and technology, including non-film technology, to produce quality diagnostic images while keeping patient radiation exposure to minimum levels.
